Marvelux Hotel - Malacca

The hotel is exceptionally comfortable. the location is favorable, just off Aunty Fatso restaurant, shops, restaurants, and the famous Bandar Hilir/Mahkota Parade. - the staff is attentive and efficient, especially with parking assistance. Really good stay for short vacation in Melaka. Tidy, great budget hotel with strategic location very near city centre. Location so close to the famous Bandar Hilir/ Mahkota Parade and klebang beach.

The location of the hotel is great, being very close to various attractions like Bandar Hilir, Bandaraya, and Klebang area, as well as Aunty Fatso restaurant and the popular Bandar Hilir/Mahkota Parade. the room has a balcony. - the staff members were all excellent in their service.

Clean

It is not within walking distance to shopping area such as Mahkota. Buffet breakfast is similar daily. Pillow too soft so it is flat.

The hotel was in a favourable location, in town area. The rooms were compact with balcony and the beds were exceptionally comfortable!

The hotel offers great value for money with its affordable prices and attention to detail. The location in a new area of Melaka is perfect for exploring and there are plenty of eating places nearby. The staff is friendly and the basic amenities in the rooms are well-maintained. I particularly enjoyed the beautiful waterfront views from my room.

Limited breakfast options, could use improvements in the cuisine.

It's a very new hotel located at the edge of town with staff doing their best to win over customers. Security guards manning the parking areas for both front/rear of the building were the best ambassadors for the hotel as they were on their feet all times of the day. Breakfast spread commensurates with the hotel's Star rating but could really do with a new menu every day. All in, my group of four occupying two rooms for three nights unanimously agreed that its a hotel that we would certainly recommend to friends.

Friendly and helpful staff constantly gave us great tips. the bathroom in our room was tidy and the space was just right. 😊

Simple n friendly staffs

Mosquitoes and cockroach in my room, staffs really need to clean the room with extra effort.

The hotel breakfast cafe staff need to attend class for hotel services. Their services is poor, they asked customers to wait at main lobby but never get back to them when there are already empty tables in the cafe. It's is disappointing and time wasting.

The hotel has family-friendly and brand-new rooms. the location is strategic, near eateries and restaurants. - the staff is exceptionally helpful and attentive. - the hotel offers nice views.

The staff were very friendly and polited. Everything was good except of no minibar and safety box in the room.
